Advanced Stick Skills Power Hour

When: Sundays Jan 5, 12, 19, 26, Feb 9,16, 23

Time: 10am - 11am

Grades: Grade 7 - 12 (younger players will be considered with approval from director)

This will be taught by our elite team coaching staff. This is a high level class and not suitable for beginners. In this series, players will acquire a variety of skills that they can utilize on the field. Each week will have a different focus to allow players to gain the best experience from our classes. 

Sample classes are: How to Lose Your Defender, Intensive Stick Skills, Shooting, Defensive skills, How to Win The Draw, Small Sided Play, Cutting and Dodging 

This will be a high level, high energy class and spots are limited. Sign up early!
