Intensive Stick Skills and Shooting

This class focuses on the individual player.

Back by popular demand, enhance your school season by working on your stick skills. Your coach will notice! 

Class combines fundamental to advanced stick skills along with individualized offensive and defensive concepts. Focus will be on explosive speed, cutting techniques, shot selection, shot accuracy, stick mechanics and high repetition.  Due to the specialized individual focus of this class, this is the perfect class for all levels, even the most advanced player.

BE PREPARED TO WORK HARD and SWEAT at this class.

Dates:  Wednesdays, May 15, 22, 29 and June 5, 12, 19
Times:  Grade 4th-8th:  5:00-6:00pm

Fee:  165.00/player
