HS Skills and Scrimmage:

When:  Sundays 9/29, 10/6, 10/13, 10/20

Time: 3:30-4:30 pm

Grades: 9th-12th

Where: Reading Fleming Intermediate School (50 Court Street, Flemington, NJ)

Cost: $155

Each week players will spend 30 minutes working on fundamental skills of catching, throwing, ground balls, shooting, cutting, and defense. The final 30 minutes will include instructional scrimmage time. Knowledgeable coaches will be instructing throughout practices and scrimmages to improve individual techniques as well as overall game strategy and concepts for all players. All practice sessions will emphasize skills, rules, and game situations.
