No matter the level of the player, a focus on basic lacrosse skills is essential to ensure success on the field. This class emphasizes catching, throwing, retrieving ground balls, shooting, cutting and defense. Players will be divided by age and ability so that every child will be comfortable learning in this positive and encouraging environment.  As your player progresses, we will begin to incorporate game concepts.
