This class is for intermediate and advanced players only. An intermediate player should have 1-2 years of lacrosse playing experience. An advanced player should have 1-2 years of club lacrosse experience and/or varsity level experience. T3 coaches will emphasize high repetition and high volume training to maximize player potential in these stickwork and shooting sessions. Shooting mechanics, power vs placement and understanding/applying the execution of skills under pressure will be focused on during this class. Players will be grouped by ability.
