Session 1:
When: Sundays, Dec 8, 15, 22, Jan 5, 12
Time: 1:00 - 2:00pm except Jan 12 which will be 12:00-1:00pm
Grades: 8th - 12th

Description: An hour of lacrosse skills combined with lacrosse specific speed and agility. Speedwork, footwork, conditioning and stickwork will be covered throughout the 5 week sessions to get the athletes prepared for game-like speed and situations. Directed by Patra Acquaviva, Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, Freehold Township HS Coach, 2017 Shore Conference Coach of the year, and 2018 A-North Coach of the Year.
