Lacrosse 101 is for the newer player looking to learn and advance their skills prior to the spring season. We will focus on the fundamentals of the game, starting with the very basics, and work to prepare you for team play. We will teach the rules and regulations as we go along to prepare you for spring. This has been one of our most popular classes in the winter and we are certain you will be prepared to begin your spring season. Groups will be divided according to age group and playing level.
