Your speed and agility on the field can make the difference between your being an average player and one that can make a real impact on the field. You will work on a variety of drills with Erik Long, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and NASM Certified MMA Strength and Conditioning coach, that are necessary to make you a more powerful player.
