This class focuses on the
individual player. This is one of our most popular classes because it combines
fundamental stick skills along with individualized offensive and defensive
concepts. Focus will be on explosive speed, cutting techniques, and applied to
the offensive and defensive aspects of a lacrosse game. Due to the specialized
individual focus of this class, this is the perfect class for all levels, even
the most advanced player.
