Goalie School

Goalies are the MOST IMPORTANT PLAYERS on the Defensive Unit!

This class will focus on everything you need to know to take your position to the next level. We will emphasize what you need to be successful IN and OUT of the crease to include technique, communication and positioning. 

Val Barnaby will work with you to increase your  hand speed, foot speed, balance and mental toughness for first segment of class, followed by Chris Raichle working with you on positioning, drills, wall ball, and live shots in cage.

Goals to accomplish in this class are pre-shot squaring up to shooter, pre-shot athletic balancing and ready position, top hand straight to ball, lead foot stepping into path of the shot, moving hands to finish in a balance position, trail stepping to finish balance and handling high a high rep of shots! Goalies should have SHORT memories! 

Plan to work hard, SWEAT and LEARN.  ALL levels welcome!
