EXTREME LAXFit


We are taking this class to a whole new Level!

We will be combing our Most Popular LAXFit class with the Dodging/Shooting Class to AMP up your workout!

Does your dodge get you to the goal? Does your dodge create scoring opportunities? Do you understand the mechanics of a dodge? Is your FOOTWORK so GOOD that you can slip through the smallest gaps? Can you dodge, juke and maneuver all over the field? Are you training your body for the season? Can you shoot with SPEED and ACCURACY? Are your stick skills ready for the next level? Are you lifting properly and gaining strength to prevent injury? 

IF you answered NO to any of these questions, you need to come attend this class!

CLASS WILL FOCUS ON FOLLOWING:

(1) SPEED, AGILITY and Strength Conditioning: 

This portion of program is designed for the lacrosse player that wants to maximize their athletic potential. Using the most recent strength and conditioning methods, we will work with you to increase your acceleration speed, max speed and improve agility skills to elevate your game play. The ability to move well is integral in the sport of lacrosse and here is where you can learn how to do it all faster. Plus you'll learn to track and maintain your lacrosse fitness as well as how to move and exercise in order to prevent serious injury. 

(2) Intensive Stick Skills and Shooting

This portion of program will focus on high repetition  WALL BALL training, individual stick skill tricks, partner passing and intensive passing drills. Proper mechanics of shooting will be taught so that you are exploding to cage out of the run and finishing your shots. 

(3) Dodging

We will teach you how to TRAIN your body to move in and out of a dodge, control the possession by controlling your body and become an awesome proficient dodger all over the field! We will teach you the proper mechanics and techniques and the finer points to make you an explosive dodger to include, 3 step splits, attacking the lead foot, hip rotation, hand positioning and rotation, proper foot placement and proper foot speed! Everything will be on the run, high reps, and most importantly EXPLOSIVE! If you are an attacker or a middle, you do not want to miss this!

This segment of the class will be run by Chris Raichle, Kelly Knapp and other T3 ELITE Team coaches. 

This class will be taught by Val Barnaby, a NSCA certified trainer who has extensive knowledge and training in not only speed and agility but also in how these components specifically apply to your game,  Chris Raichle, director of T3 Lacrosse,  and other T3 ELITE Team coaches

BE PREPARED TO WORK HARD and SWEAT at this class.
