Shooting:

Power and placement are what lead to accurate shots on goal. Our Shooting School will improve your shooting percentage by providing a high repetition class that builds on muscle memory, strength, and form. By focusing on these elements, players will become a stronger threat on the attack and gain a better knowledge of what type of shot to take in any situation.

Defense:

Have you ever heard the expression that "offense wins games, defense wins championships"? This class focuses solely on defensive skills which include being fluid on your feet and knowing how to read the field. T3's Defensive School will give you the confidence to defend even the most aggressive attacker as we focus on your individual growth and teach you how to make an impact on the field.

Goalie:

If you're a goalie, you won't want to miss this class! It's specifically designed for players who want to focus on fundamental skills but also get some live action in the cage! During each session, instruction will focus on the necessary core skills which include stance, stick work, clearing, footwork and hand-eye coordination. To further empower each goalie, all will have the opportunity to get in goal and be shot on for live action in the cage with age-appropriate shooters. Coaches also put a special emphasis on leadership and communication skills, since a confident goalie is a successful one!
