When: Sundays- 9/29, 10/6, (NO CLASS 13th) 10/20, 10/27, 11/3
Time: 2:00 - 3:00pm
Grades: 5th-8th and 9th-12th (age groups will be split up at start of class)
Where: The Atlantic Club
Cost: $155 (attend all 5 classes) OR $35/class (drop in/pick and choose which you will attend)
In this series, players will acquire a variety of skills that they can utilize on the field. Each week will have a different focus to allow players to gain the best experience from our classes.
Week 1- Extreme Repetition Shooting
Week 2- Intensive Stick Skills
Week 3- How to Win The Draw
Week 4- Defensive Footwork and Skills
Week 5 - Shake School and Dodging
