Skills Clinic

When: Mondays- October 7, 21, 28, November 4, 11, 18

Time: 6:00 - 7:00pm

Grades: 7th- 12th grade (age groups will be split up at start of class)

Where: Asylum Sports Center, 2512 Tiltons Road, Wall Township, NJ 07719

Cost: $195 (attend all 6 classes) OR $35/class (register for individual classes, pre-registration is REQUIRED)


Each week will focus on a specific skill of the game.  We will start by breaking down the different components of the skill and within the hour progress to high intensity and high reps.  

Week 1 (10/7): Defensive Footwork, Dodging
Week 2 (10/21): Shooting, Defensive Stick Skills
Week 3 (10/28): High Intensity Fundamentals (attack and defense)
Week 4 (11/4): 1 v 1 skills (attack and defense)
Week 5 (11/11): Defensive team concepts, Offensive team concepts
Week 6 (11/18): Transition Skills (attack and defense)

Groups will be divided according to age group and playing level.
