MIDDLE SCHOOL DRAW CLINIC w/Ana White  (Assistant Lacrosse Coach at Rutgers University)

Spend an hour working on your draw mechanics, technique and strategy with one of the most accomplished and successful draw specialists in the game!  Whether you take the draw or you are on the circle, this event will teach you how to micromanage one of the most important skills in women's lacrosse.  Ana will teach you not only how to possess and dictate possession on the draw but also how to outmaneuver and outperform your opponents.  During this one hour session you will learn how to win possession on the draw and direct your follow through in a variety of ways, how to handle the draw control both as the draw taker and the players on the circle as well as how to manage your opponents' strengths and manipulate their weaknesses to dominate possess in the center circle.
