Your level of stick work can greatly impact your game and personal contributions to your team. T3's Extreme Stick Work School combines high intensity drills with game play situations. The goal is to raise the confidence of each player so they become more comfortable with possession of the ball and remain composed during a game. Sessions focus on high repetition drills, intensive technique work, and ball control. Players should come to class prepared for a rigorous workout.
