Lacrosse 101 Skills and Scrimmage

Dates: Wednesdays January 22, January 29, February 5, February 12

Time: 7:00-8:00 pm

Grade: 4th-8th Grade

Location: Branchburg Sports Complex (47 Readington Road, Branchburg, NJ)

Cost: $160/player

This class is for players that are new to the sport of lacrosse, 0 -1 years of lacrosse experience is preferred. This class specializes in teaching the basic fundamentals of girls lacrosse to athletes in the 4th - 8th grades.  Players will learn all of the basics of lacrosse; positions, rules of play as well as fundamental skills.  T3 coaches will teach the proper technique and fundamentals of throwing, catching, cradling, shooting, ground balls and defending with an opportunity each session for the athletes to compete in simulated game play.  This class is intended to teach the basics of the game and allow the athlete to experience the fun of competing.  All classes will provide a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere which allows all players, regardless of age and experience level, to learn the exciting game of lacrosse.
