Goalie 101 Skills and Scrimmage
Dates: Wednesday's January 22, January 29, February 5, February 12
Time: 7:00-8:00 pm
Grades: 4th-8th Grade
Location: Branchburg Sports Complex (47 Readington Road, Branchburg, NJ)
Cost: $160/player
This class specializes in teaching the basic fundamentals of the goalie position to players in grades 4-8. Players will learn all of the basic skills of the goalkeeping position; defensive stance, angles, save technique, possession skills and clearing, with an opportunity each session for the athletes to compete in simulated game play. This class is intended to teach the basics of the game and allow the athlete to experience the fun of competing. All classes will provide a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere which allows all players, regardless of age and experience level, to learn the exciting game of lacrosse.
