LACROSSE 101- TEACHING THE BEGINNER THE FUNDAMENTALS OF LACROSSE

This class specializes in teaching the basics fundamentals of girls lacrosse to high school and middle school players. Players will learn all of the basic skills of the game along with positions on the field and the rules of the game. T3 coaches will teach the proper technique and fundamentals of throwing, catching, cradling, shooting, ground balls and defending. This class is intended to teach the basics of the game and allow the athlete to progress to the next level of instruction. We will do our best to partner you with a player of equal age and ability during the sessions. We provide a comfortable and relaxed atmosphere which allows all player, regardless of age, to learn the exciting game of lacrosse.
