This intensive class focuses on different aspects of your game each week. If you want to excel on the field, you need to be proficient at every aspect of your position! This unique program will give you a competitive advantage as well as build your Lax IQ and confidence!

Week 1 - Advanced Stick Skills and Footwork

Week 2 - Shooting mechanics, power shooting, and shooting on the run

Week 3 - Dodging, Change of Speed, Change of Direction

Week 4 - Draws and Circle Work
Week 5 - Stick Tricks and trick shots

Week 6- Small Sided Play
