When: Mondays- October 7, 21, 28, November 4, 11, 18
Time: 7:00-8:00 pm
Grades: 7th - 12th grade (age groups will be split up at start of class)
Where: Asylum Sports Center, 2512 Tiltons Road, Wall Township, NJ 07719
Cost: $195 (attend all 6 classes) OR $35/class (register for individual classes, pre-registration is REQUIRED)
Run by T3 United Regional Director and Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach, Patra Acquaviva, LaxFit is a high intensity hour of high rep footwork, stickwork, and strength. We will focus on making our athletes efficient in their movements on the field and then implementing it into lacrosse skills and drills.
Groups will be divided according to age group and playing level.
