Join our ELITE TEAM Coaching staff for an energized hour of lacrosse. Get in this high energy workout before the holiday break. Class will be taught by Chris Raichle, Kelly Knapp, Tatum Coffey and other ELITE TEAM coaches.
SUNDAY - December 15th
Time: 10-11 MS, 11-12 HS
Grades: 2028 - 2020's
Where: The Atlantic Club
Cost: $35/class
We will focus on: Stick Skills, Extreme Repetition Shooting, Cutting and Dodging, The Draw, and small sided play. Small groups will be set up so you can choose your skill sets to work on.
