What Do T3 Coaches Look for?

While we see many talented players with strong stick skills, the ones who stand out are the ones who demonstrate extra effort and show they have a coach-able attitude towards teamwork and good sportsmanship. Athleticism is a great attribute to have, but it is the girls who are determined to go after every ground ball and are hustling even off ball, that grab the attention of our coaches.
